Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistan mobile number, email address, a strong password, and your date of birth. After submitting your details, a verification code will be sent to your mobile number — enter it to confirm your number. Your account is then active and you can make your first PKR deposit immediately. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No — done11 allows only one account per person, per mobile number, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being closed. If you already have an account, use the Login page. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support before it causes issues.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on done11 is PKR 500. This applies to all payment methods. If you have an active bonus balance, only your real money balance (the amount you deposited or won from real money play without bonus restrictions) is available for withdrawal — bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. A "pending" withdrawal is one that has been submitted to done11 but is still in the processing queue. If a cricket match is abandoned, called off due to weather, or does not produce a result within done11's settlement rules, all pre-match bets on that match are typically voided and the stake is returned to your account. In-play bets placed after the match has started may be settled differently depending on how much of the match was completed. Accumulators containing a voided leg are usually settled with the void leg removed and the remaining legs counted.
